All we can really do is trust our instincts, read and reread labels -- you are so right how they change from one purchase to the next!! And for the most part ignore unsolicited advice ("have you tried rubbing your child with olive, and then dip them in CBD oil will swinging them through a vat of salt? I've heard this cured my cousin of 6 allergies!")

PS: my son is also allergic to coconut, possible developed an new allergy to avocados and now we are concerned that means bananas and therefore latex since, as you probably know avocados, bananas and latex are in the same 'family'!!! Sheez! It's never ending, right?
