Look at you speaking in front of crowds for work!! That’s amazing. I’m absolutely fine with clients and small groups but personally, like going to a party I have no idea who I am. I walk in backwards and leave sideways.

As for the ‘talk about allergies in front of a class of kids and teachers!!!” I’ve been there too. My son has severe food allergies and I would give a little talk to the class each year. What I did to help me to stay focus was I made a chart with fun pictures of the foods he is allergic too. I brought a tester epi pen so they could see what it looked like. I also brought wipes to show how we have wipe off a desk before snack. The hands on stuff really helped me to detach from my emotions and the kids thought it was somehow ‘cool’. What I would add is look for children’s books about allergies and read it to the class.

Good luck, Amy!!!!!
