My son is now 22!!!!! He has severe anaphylactic allergies to wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and some seafood. Makes for some very creative meals.
And yes! He'll need to show a friend or two when he gets older where he keeps his epi-pens. He'll have to share with his roommates in college and his girlfriend too.
It's a lot. I swear there isn't a day that we don't read and reread ingredients. Have you tried the "Just (egg)" It's not really eggs. but made from plants!!! It's amazing to make an omelet or scrambled non-eggs!!
